Research & Writing Part Timers

Compensation: 

  • Substantial, but delayed compensation.
    ~$30,000 based on contributions and bonuses.
  • Season 1 Finale Celebration in February (Company Vacation)
  • Earn a percentage of sales of the Seed to Sale Guide. 

Flexibility: 

  • Choose when to work and earn based on tasks completed rather than hours worked.
  • Choose tasks to work on from a pooled list of options.

  5. Proficiency in using relevant software, such as Microsoft Office suite and research databases.
  6. Background knowledge or strong interest in agriculture, particularly organic and regenerative farming practices.
  7. Critical thinking skills to evaluate and interpret scientific information related to soil health, crop rotation, and pest management.
  8. Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.
  9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and potentially interview subject matter experts.
  10. Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts in the rapidly evolving field of regenerative organic agriculture.
  11. Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  12. Familiarity with or willingness to learn about organic certification processes and standards.
  13. Understanding of or interest in sustainability, environmental science, and ecological principles.
  14. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse team members and potentially interact with farmers or agricultural experts.
  15.  Ability to gather  information with AI tools and synthesize useful information into a human friendly format

Defined Expected Results:

  • 10 or more hours per week spent:

    • Researching Topics and Writing First Drafts for Blog Posts
